VIDEO LECTURE - Kelli demystifies the art of the still life composition.
When it comes to still life painting sometimes planning a composition can be the most confusing part of the process. With so many options, where does one even begin? Through years of teaching I have come up with 3 different approaches, with variations on each, to simplify the matter.

Now I know what I've been doing wrong! This is an excellent and extremely valuable lesson on composition. Can't wait to put Kelli's great methods to work in my future paintings.

Well done and would not expect any less. I did miss the sound of Kelli's voice.

Super information! Can't wait to set some up for myself. The only thing I would add might be one or two finished paintings to show how Kelli interprets things like the focal point or background. But really a great tutorial filled with important info!!

The first time I watched the lesson, there was voice and video. The next day, I wanted to watch it again, but there was no voice or video, only images and text. I noticed that the lesson was supposed to be hosted by Kelli Folsom, but it was narrated by someone else, not Kelli. Although the info was fine, I do not consider this a good value.
